Production Operative 
4 Day Workweek | £12.21 p/hour | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

A well-established manufacturer in Sudbury is expanding its team and looking for a hands-on Production Operative to support the assembly of specialist heating control units used in hot water and HVAC systems. If you're practical, reliable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, this could be a great long-term opportunity.

Production Operative Duties:

Assembling heating control systems following detailed work instructions
Carrying out routine quality checks 
Handling and tracking materials
Packaging finished products for safe and secure dispatch
Completing production logs and basic documentation accurately
Maintaining a clean, safe working environment 
Working as part of a team to meet production targets
Getting involved in continuous improvement to help boost efficiency and qualityWhat We're Looking For:

Previous production or manufacturing experience (preferred but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
A reliable team player with good communication skills
Someone adaptable who's happy to support other areas when needed
A positive, improvement-focused mindsetHours & Pay:

Monday to Thursday, 06:00 - 16:00
£12.21 p/hour
