Job Title: Production Operative (Temp to Perm)
 Location: Priory Business Park, Bedford
 Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour
 Start: Immediately Available Candidates Only
Hours: 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday

 We are recruiting for reliable and detail-focused Production Operative to join a small but busy manufacturing team. This is a temp-to-perm role offering stability, consistent hours, and the chance to grow your skill set within a well-organised environment.

 What you’ll be doing:
Assembling and gluing rubber mouldings to phenolic moulded rings, following clear assembly drawings.
Marking identification on completed assemblies using a paint marker, then applying lubricant as required.
Packing and preparing finished products for despatch using protective packaging such as cardboard or plastic boxes.
Monitoring consumable stock levels and requesting replenishment when levels are low.
Boxing and labelling spare or unused parts before returning them to the Stores team for restocking.What we’re looking for:
Someone immediately available and able to commit to a long-term, temp-to-perm opportunity
A reliable team player who can manage their time effectively
Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
Someone local to Priory Business Park or able to commute easily
Previous warehouse or production experience is essential What you’ll get:
£12.50 per hour
