Production Operative – Window Manufacturing

Location: Witham, CM8
 Type: Temporary – Full time (Temp to Perm for the right candidate)
 Pay: £12.21 per hour (Enhanced OT rates after 38.25 hrs)
 Hours:

Monday–Thursday: 6:00am–2:30pm
Friday: 6:00am–2:00pm
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

gap personnel is seeking a Production Operative to join our client’s team in Witham. If you have experience in window fabrication, that’s a big plus—but full training will be provided for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do

Follow clear processes to manufacture high-quality window products.
Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
Handle and lift components using safe techniques.
Meet production targets and maintain efficiency.
Assist with basic machine maintenance and upkeep.
Maintain top-quality standards in everything you do.
Keep your workstation clean, organised, and hazard-free.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in window fabrication is desirable.
Ability to operate manufacturing machinery safely.
