About the Company

Our client is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of condiments and a specialist in sourcing, processing, and distributing herbs, spices, and seasonings. They offer a supportive handson training environment for all new starters.

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for:

Setting up and operating production machinery
Monitoring production lines to maintain high quality standards
Packaging finished products
Following all health and safety procedures
Helping keep machinery and work areas running smoothly
This role offers excellent on-the-job training, making it suitable even if you’re new to the industry.

Who we are looking for.

Ideally some experience in a fast paced production, warehouse, or factory environment
Good teamwork skills and the ability to communicate clearly with colleagues
A positive, reliable attitude and willingness to learn
No formal qualifications required
Pay is weekly and working hours are flexible if full or part time.

Working hours are 07.00 to 3.30pm  or 3.15pm to 11.45pm Monday to Friday.
