Production Operative | Salisbury | £12.71 per hour, enhanced overtime rates 
Are you looking for a Production Operative role with weekly pay, structured training and NO weekend working?

This Production Operative opportunity offers a temp-to-perm pathway within a stable manufacturing environment.
This is an entry-level Production Operative position suited to someone reliable, practical and keen to learn how products are made from start to finish.
 
As a Production Operative, you will benefit from:

Weekly pay
£12.71 per hour with enhanced overtime rates
Overtime available on Fridays and Saturdays (not guaranteed)
Monday to Thursday working pattern
NO weekend working as standard
Temp-to-perm opportunity
Pay increase after 12 weeks to £13.10 per hour 
Full training provided by experienced colleagues
Staff canteen and onsite facilities
Free onsite parking
Hours: Monday to Thursday, Day shift 
As a Production Operative, your responsibilities will include:

Manual handling and heavy lifting of products
Working to product specifications including size, weight and quantity
Measuring, weighing and mixing components
Producing and distributing high-quality finished products
Working alongside colleagues to achieve daily production targets

As a Production Operative, your experience will include:

A hands-on approach to practical tasks
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
An interest in how products are manufactured
Awareness of quality standards
Confidence using basic hand and power tools
