Production Operative - Night Shift | Paintline Operative | Manufacturing Operative

Plymouth | £17.20 per hour | Sunday-Thursday | 11pm-7am | Nights | Temporary/Ongoing | Potential for Permanent

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Night Shift Production Operatives to join Rittal CSM, a leading manufacturing company based at Broadley Park Industrial Park in Roborough, Plymouth.

This is an excellent opportunity for Production Operatives, Manufacturing Operatives and Paintline Operatives looking for long-term ongoing work, with the potential to become permanent.

You'll work as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, loading and unloading components from an overhead paint line conveyor and ensuring quality standards are maintained.

What We Offer

£17.20 per hour.
Sunday to Thursday, 11pm-7am.
Temporary, ongoing work with potential for permanent employment.
Attendance bonus.

Key Duties

Load and unload components from an overhead paint line conveyor.
Check the quality of components and handle parts carefully.
Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
Work as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

Good attention to detail.
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks.
Ability to follow clear instructions.
Previous manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training is provided.
Willingness to complete a basic DBS check.
Willingness to undertake random drug and alcohol testing.
