Job Description

Production Operative

Location: Kilsyth

Employment Type: Full-time / Temporary starting ASAP

Shifts: 7am-4pm

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

This is a hands on, outdoor role working across all areas of the nursery to support plant production, order preparation, and customer service to our wholesale clients.

Key Responsibilities

Picking, preparing, and labelling customer orders
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Loading and unloading deliveries (manual handling required)
This is outdoors so you must be available to work outdoor in all weather
Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
