Job Description

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Location: Cambuslang

Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour - Backshift

Shifts: Ongoing Backshift - Monday to Thursday, 2pm-10pm, and Friday, 2pm-6pm

This role is ideal for someone with experience in construction, groundwork, trades assistance, or a similar hands on environment. You will be working with various materials, operating hand and power tools, and supporting the assembly/fabrication of construction components. Full training on all tools and processes will be provided.

Skills & Experience Required:

Experience in construction, manufacturing, labouring, or a similar physical work environment
Confident using or learning to use hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work safely and meet daily targets
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
Good organisational skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
