We're exclusively partnering with a highly successful and rapidly growing food manufacturing business in Redditch that supplies a range of chilled products to major UK retailers. Following significant growth and continued investment across its operations, the business is now looking to strengthen its leadership team with the appointment of an experienced Team Manager on their AM shift.

The Role
As Team Manager, you will take responsibility for leading, developing, and motivating your production team to consistently achieve operational, quality, safety, and performance objectives.
Key responsibilities will include:
Managing day-to-day production activities within your area
Leading, coaching, and developing team members to maximise performance
Delivering shift KPIs across productivity, efficiency, quality, and waste
Creating a positive and high-performing team culture
Driving accountability and promoting continuous improvement initiatives
Managing attendance, holidays, and timesheets through the UKG system
Supporting production planning and solving operational challenges effectively
Ensuring compliance with all food safety, quality, and health & safety standards
Conducting team briefings and providing regular performance feedback
Working closely with wider departments to achieve site objectivesAbout You
To be considered for this position, you must have previous leadership experience within a food manufacturing environment.
You will ideally possess:
Previous experience as a Team Leader, Production Supervisor, Shift Supervisor, or Team Manager
Strong people management and leadership skills
Experience working within a KPI-driven manufacturing environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to motivate and develop teams
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Good organisational and time management skills
Experience within a fast-paced FMCG environment
Competent Microsoft Office skills
