Description

Supervise production activities to ensure operational efficiency and product quality.
Coordinate with the engineering team to maintain and improve manufacturing processes.
Monitor and manage team performance, providing guidance and support as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
Maintain accurate production records and prepare relevant reports.
Oversee inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for production needs.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives.Profile

A successful Production Supervisor should have:

A strong background in the industrial and manufacturing industry.
IOSH qualified - NEBOSH preferred
Proven experience in supervising production teams and processes.
Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing operations.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with team members and other departments.
A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.Job Offer
