Mpeople Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for an experienced Production Supervisor on behalf of our client, a successful manufacturing company based in Oldham. This is a fantastic full-time, permanent opportunity offering a generous pay package and a chance to join a loyal, well-established team.

What You’ll Need:

  * Proven production experience

  * Supervisor or Team Leader background – able to maintain workflow and keep the line running smoothly

  * Experience operating CNC machines

  * Knowledge of lamination machines advantageous

  * Ability to follow production plans and set up the day for the team

  * Strong people management skills

  * Attention to detail – spotting areas that need repair or improvement

CNC and production experience is essential.
