Job Description

Our client in Oldham is looking to recruit a Production Supervisor to work out of their manufacturing site on a permanent basis

The work will involve:

  * Overseeing a large team of manufacturing staff

  * Operating and Minding a CNC Machine

  * Quality Checking Manufactured Goods

  * Ensure Distribution of orders in a timely manner

  * Opening and Closing Site

  * Training new staff members, conducting performance reviews and hiring

  * Housekeeping and General Production Duties as needed

Working times and pay:

  * Monday to Friday

  * Weekly Rotating Shift Pattern - 06:00-14:00/14:00-23:00

  * 37-39 hours per week paid after breaks

  * £15.36 p/h

  * O/T paid at x 1.5

  * Weekly Bonus and Shift Allowances on top of basic

  * Permanent Role

Skills/Experience Needed:

  * Previous Manufacturing/Factory experience essential

  * Production Supervisor experience

  * CNC Experience preferred

  * FLT Counterbalance experience and preferably an in date licence
