Job Description

Production Supervisor – BD4 - Temp to Perm

Are you an experienced Production Supervisor who enjoys being hands-on and leading a team? We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to join a busy operation in the BD4 area, with the opportunity to move from temporary to permanent for the right person.

The Role

  * Lead and supervise a team of 6 production operatives

  * Be hands-on and actively involved in the production process

  * Allocate workloads and ensure production targets are achieved

  * Monitor quality, productivity and health & safety standards

  * Support, motivate and develop your team

  * Identify and resolve production issues quickly

  * Maintain a clean, organised and efficient working environment

About You

  * Previous experience in a Production Supervisor, Team Leader or similar role

  * Confident leading a small team

  * Hands-on approach with a strong work ethic

  * Good organisational and communication skills

  * Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  * Strong focus on quality, safety and productivity

Pay: £16 per hour
Location: BD4
Contract: Temp to Perm
Team size: 6
