Role: Project Co-ordinator
Location: Site based, with travel to other UK locations as required.
Site locations are Lutterworth, Swindon, Ashby de la Zouch, Andover, Sunbury on Thames, Berkeley
Salary & Benefits: Up to £35,000 + £5k car allowance + benefits inc 25 days’ annual leave, free EV charging, dental programme
MVP is partnering with an award-winning, innovative logistics business to recruit a Project Coordinator to join a growing, supportive team.
We’re looking for a sharp, driven individual ready to take the lead on real projects, planning, delivering, and tracking workstreams from start to finish. This is a hands-on role where your ideas, organisation, and problem-solving skills make a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Turn project ideas into clear goals, deliverables, and timelines.
* Lead planning and resourcing of workstreams, tracking progress and performance.
* Manage change and keep stakeholders aligned with clear, positive communication.
* Identify risks early and drive effective solutions.
* Run team meetings, follow up on actions, and ensure lessons learned are captured.
* Bring energy and ideas to improve team processes and project delivery.
Skills & Experience:
* Some hands-on project experience, big or small.
* Comfortable with budgets, spreadsheets, or cost tracking.
* Familiarity with basic project management methods and tools.
* Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable.
* Strong communicator and confident stakeholder manager.
* Tech-savvy, with solid Microsoft Office skills.
Desirable:
* Background or interest in logistics, operations, or technology.
