An established and growing organisation is seeking a Project Coordinator to join its function on a full-time, office-based basis. This is a varied and responsible position focused on supporting the successful delivery of customer orders and contracts within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support in delivering existing orders and contracts efficiently
Assist in driving sales growth through effective project coordination and execution
Ensure adherence to departmental processes and procedures
Coordinate projects across internal teams, suppliers, and international stakeholders
Liaise with departments including sales, finance, and production to ensure smooth project progressionSkills & Experience Required
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload
Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with internal teams, customers, and suppliers daily
Proficient IT skills, with experience using platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and ERP/CRM systems
High level of attention to detail
