About the Company

Role Overview

Manage end-to-end project delivery from order to installation for engineering projects up to £100k. You’ll handle technical specifications, supplier liaison, site coordination, documentation, and budget control.

Key Responsibilities

  * 

    Lead projects from handover to completion with minimal supervision

  * 

    Attend project handovers and customer site meetings

  * 

    Prepare technical specs, drawings, and material lists

  * 

    Procure materials and equipment; raise purchase orders

  * 

    Plan labour, schedules, and site activities

  * 

    Monitor project cost, time, and scope; resolve issues promptly

  * 

    Produce risk assessments, method statements, and technical documentation

  * 

    Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and relevant regulations

  * 

    Manage contracts and variations; support sales with technical input

Requirements

Essential:

  * 

    Proven experience delivering engineering projects

  * 

    Engineering Degree or HNC/HND equivalent

  * 

    Strong understanding of mechanical & electrical drawings

  * 

    Knowledge of heavy machinery and relevant British Standards

  * 

    Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

  * 

    Proficient in MS Word & Excel

  * 

    Experience leading engineering teams

Desirable:

  * 

    Proficient in MS Project and AutoCAD (or similar design software)
