North West (Ideally South Manchester) | £60,000 - £65,000 + Comprehensive Package

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to join a forward-thinking contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality projects and developing its people?

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing construction business seeking a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a diverse range of construction projects across the North West. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the safe, profitable and successful delivery of projects from inception through to completion. Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams, you will play a key role in maintaining the exceptional standards that the business is known for.

Projects typically span a variety of sectors, offering exposure to interesting and technically challenging schemes while providing long-term career stability and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  * Managing construction projects through all phases of delivery.

  * Ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.

  * Leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors and supply chain partners.

  * Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  * Monitoring project performance, programme and commercial objectives.

  * Managing project risks and implementing effective solutions.

  * Maintaining the highest standards of quality, health and safety, and customer satisfaction.

  * Providing regular progress updates to senior management and clients.

  * Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry.

  * Strong track record of delivering projects successfully from start to finish.

  * Excellent leadership and communication skills.

  * Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and project programmes effectively.

  * Ability to build positive relationships with clients, consultants and project teams.

  * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  * Relevant construction qualifications and industry knowledge.
