Site Manager | Freelance | 14 Weeks | Cheshire (SK10)

 Start 11th June 2026 - Appointment to be made Thursday 4th June 2026

Principal Contractor is converting two existing squash courts into a new spa facility comprising a sauna, plunge pool and hydrotherapy pool.

 The challenge isn't the construction.

 The challenge is doing it inside a live hotel and country club where members still expect peace, quiet and a premium experience while you're organising demolition works, deliveries and subcontractors.

 We're looking for a No.1 Site Manager with experience delivering projects in occupied environments. Someone who understands that managing people is just as important as managing programme.

 The essentials:

14-week contract
Start next Thursday
7.30am – 5.30pm
CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid
Own laptop and mobile phone
Microsoft-compatible laptop preferred (SharePoint used throughout)
Microsoft Project experience beneficial
No holidays booked during the projectThe process:
The client is away Friday and Monday and wants this wrapped up tomorrow.
