A leading international engineering and construction contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of a major data centre project in Frankfurt. This is a high-profile, fast-paced project within a mission-critical environment requiring the highest standards of safety, quality, and programme control.

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring all works are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with client and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall project delivery from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover
• Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders
• Drive health & safety excellence and ensure strict adherence to all site procedures
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and progress reporting
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, technical specifications, and contractual requirements
• Manage project budgets, cost control, and commercial performance
• Support commissioning, handover, and project close-out activities
• Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager on large-scale construction projects
• Strong background in data centres, mission-critical, or high-tech industrial environments
• Excellent knowledge of construction delivery, project controls, and safety management systems
• Experience managing complex, fast-track projects is essential
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to be based on-site in Frankfurt (EU work eligibility required)
