Job Description

We are seeking an ELV Project Managers to lead the full lifecycle delivery of the ELV systems package. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors, ensuring timely, safe, and technically compliant delivery of CCTV, access control, fire alarms, EVCS, structured cabling, and network infrastructure.

You will act as the key interface between design, construction, and commissioning teams, ensuring works meet quality standards and project milestones.

Key Responsibilities

  * 

    Lead full lifecycle delivery of ELV systems from design through installation to commissioning.

  * 

    Manage and supervise subcontractors, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety, and quality.

  * 

    Coordinate technical meetings, progress reviews, and system integration with other MEP packages.

  * 

    Ensure accurate site documentation, commissioning records, and redline drawings.

  * 

    Promote proactive health, safety, and quality culture across site teams.

  * 

    Mentor junior engineers and support skills development on site.

Essential Skills & Experience

  * 

    Proven experience managing ELV or M&E packages on large commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.

  * 

    Strong knowledge of structured cabling, network infrastructure, and IP-based systems integration.

  * 

    Excellent subcontractor management and technical coordination skills.

  * 

    Knowledge of relevant standards (CDM, BS7671, BS5839, BS EN 54).

  * 

    Ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex projects.

Desirable

  * 

    NEC contract experience.

  * 

    Experience in high-tech manufacturing or data centre projects.

  * 

    Mentoring or team leadership experience.

Qualifications

  * 

    NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Installations (or equivalent)

  * 

    City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing)

  * 

    18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)

  * 

    CSCS card (required) | SMSTS / First Aid (preferred)
