Job Description:
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role within the projects team, managing multiple concurrent projects from concept through delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver hardware and software development projects, ensuring all outputs align with time, cost, and quality expectations. Projects include internally funded and externally funded initiatives, giving you the opportunity to influence the success and expansion of the organisation.
In this Project Manager role, you will be responsible for end-to-end project planning, governance, risk management, scheduling and stakeholder engagement. You will act as the key point of contact for customers, both internal and external, ensuring communication is clear, consistent, and proactive. You will maintain project governance, manage budgets, forecast revenue, and drive project delivery using the most suitable methodology for each assignment.
Your experience working with hardware and software product development—as well as any background in the defence sector or similarly regulated environments—will be especially valuable. You will also play a crucial part in supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and contributing to the growth of the organisation.

Skills & Experience:
Essential:
* 3–5+ years project management experience (5+ preferred).
* Previous experience managing hardware and software development projects.
* Experience in NPI project management.
* Risk management expertise.
* Experience in regulated or defence-related sectors (highly advantageous).
Desirable:
* Project Management qualification (APM, Prince2, Agile).
* Degree in a relevant discipline.
* Change management or bid support experience.
