The business delivers design, installation, project management, service, and maintenance for multi-site clients across the UK to a loyal and ‘repeat client’ customer base.
Operating from headquarters in Buckinghamshire, the company supports projects nationwide and has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality technical installations and ongoing maintenance services.

Due to continued growth and increasing project demand, the company is looking to hire experienced Project Managers to support its expanding retail installation programme.
The Role
This role is ideal for a practical, delivery-focused Project Manager who enjoys managing multiple fast-paced projects.
Unlike large corporate contractors where PMs may oversee a single long-term scheme, this position involves running several concurrent retail fit-out projects, typically ranging from £100k – £1m.
Projects are usually short programme retail refurbishments or store installations with delivery timelines of 8–12 weeks.
You will take ownership of projects from handover through to completion, coordinating engineers, subcontractors, clients, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities for a Project Manager:
* Manage 3–4 concurrent projects across the retail sector
* Oversee project delivery from pre-construction through to completion
* Attend weekly site meetings and coordinate subcontractors
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
* Liaise with main contractors, consultants, and client representatives
* Monitor project progress, costs, and programme
* Manage procurement, ordering, and documentation
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and regulatory requirements
* Work closely with internal technical teams supporting design and estimating
Project Environment
Typical project types include:
* Retail store HVAC installations, Mechanical services upgrade, Store refurbishment programmes, National retail rollouts
Clients include large multi-site retail operators, with projects typically located across London, the Southeast, and occasionally nationwide.
Working Pattern:
* Typically 3 days per week on site
* Remaining time working from home or from the office
* Site meetings usually once per week per project
* Limited overnight stays required
* Travel expenses covered
