Project Manager - Crawley/ Sussex area

About the role of Project Manager

Looking for a project manager to work on a permanent basis for a Tier 2 Principle Contractor. The value of their projects range from £2,000,000 to £(phone number removed). Looking for someone with a background in facades/ cladding and scaffolding experience preferable.

Responsibilities of Project Manager

Manage the day-to-day running of site
Supervise subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health and safety legislation and company procedures
Carry out site inspections and maintain high standards throughout the project
Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports and health and safety documentation
Liaise with clients, consultants, local authorities, and the wider project team
Attend progress meetings and provide regular project updates
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification 

Requirements of Project Manager

Previous experience as a Project Manager
Valid SMSTS
CSCS black card
First Aid at Work qualification
Strong knowledge of current health and safety regulations
Full UK driving licence
