NRL are working with a SME M&E Contractor who are recruting for a Project Manager MEP to join the team on a permanent basis.
Oversee projects from pre-construction through to handover and final account.
Attend site regularly to support teams and maintain quality standards.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget.
Maintain close relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Take full ownership of project budgets and margins.
Work closely with QS/Directors on CVR reporting and forecasting.
Negotiate subcontract packages and manage variations.
Identify and manage risk proactively.
Lead final account discussions.
Review drawings, specifications, and scope documents.
Support or lead the preparation of M&E tender submissions.
Obtain and review subcontractor quotations.
Identify value engineering opportunities.
Good understanding of JCT / NEC contracts.
Attend client meetings and tender interviews.
Assist Directors in bid strategy and pricing approach. In a smaller business, you will be directly involved in shaping how we win work — not just delivering it.
