Job Description

We’re recruiting for a Property Manager to join a well-established and growing lettings team in St Austell. You’ll take responsibility for a mix of residential properties, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive a smooth, professional, and responsive service.

Package:

  * £27,000 to £29,000 per annum

Responsibilities :

  * Managing a portfolio of residential properties from start to finish

  * Coordinating maintenance works and liaising with contractors

  * Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants

  * Carrying out property inspections and ensuring compliance is up to standard

  * Overseeing move-ins and move-outs to ensure a seamless process

  * Keeping systems, records, and diaries organised and up to date

Ideal Candidate:

  * Previous experience in property, lettings, or a similar customer-focused role such as holiday homes or hospitality property management, other experience considered

  * Strong communication skills — confident, clear, and professional

  * Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively

  * A proactive mindset — someone who solves problems before they escalate

  * Positive, team-focused attitude with a good level of initiative
