Purchase Ledger Clerk – Growing Manufacturer | Oxford
Are you an organised, detail-driven Purchase Ledger professional looking to make your mark in a growing and dynamic environment? A fast-expanding manufacturer based in Oxford is seeking a motivated Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their friendly finance team.

What you’ll be doing:
·Processing supplier invoices with accuracy and care
·Handling supplier and employee queries efficiently
·Reconciling supplier statements
·Preparing weekly payment runs
·Managing employee expenses
·Supporting ongoing improvements to financial processes
·Proactively identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance ways of working
·Pitching in with additional finance tasks as needed
What we’re looking for:
·Previous experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk
·Solid understanding of VAT
·Strong IT skills, including Excel; experience with SAP Business One is a bonus
·Excellent attention to detail and superb organisational skills
·A proactive, positive, self-starter attitude
·Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
·Comfortable working under pressure and managing competing deadlines
·Clear, confident communication skills
·Flexible and adaptable approach
