QA Campus Manager – Data Centre

Salter Grange is recruiting an experienced QA Campus Manager for a major data centre campus on behalf of a leading international engineering and construction contractor.

This is a senior opportunity to lead Quality Assurance across a large-scale data centre campus, working closely with the project leadership team, contractors, subcontractors and client.

QA Campus Manager Responsibilities

  * 

    Lead the Quality Assurance strategy across the data centre campus.

  * 

    Manage and develop the site Quality team.

  * 

    Implement and maintain Project Quality Plans, ITPs and inspection programmes.

  * 

    Ensure compliance with client, contractual and project quality requirements.

  * 

    Oversee inspections, audits, NCRs, defects and corrective actions.

  * 

    Monitor subcontractor quality performance and drive continuous improvement.

  * 

    Coordinate client inspections, testing and quality documentation.

  * 

    Track quality KPIs and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.

  * 

    Work closely with Project Directors, Construction Managers, Engineering and Commissioning teams.

  * 

    Ensure quality records and documentation are completed through to final handover.

QA Campus Manager Requirements

  * 

    Proven experience as a QA Manager, Quality Manager, Quality Lead, Campus Quality Manager or similar.

  * 

    Strong experience within data centres, mission-critical, pharmaceutical, industrial or major construction projects.

  * 

    Experience managing quality across large-scale projects or campuses.

  * 

    Strong knowledge of quality management systems, ITPs, inspections and testing.

  * 

    Experience managing contractors, subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.

  * 

    Strong experience with audits, NCRs, corrective actions and handover documentation.

  * 

    Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

  * 

    Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure project environment.
