The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will:

Support children's learning and development through engaging activities and play
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
Build strong relationships with children and their families
Support children's individual learning and development
Take part in observations and children's learning journeys
Encourage children's confidence, independence, and wellbeing
Get involved in the nursery's additional activities and experiences
Work closely with the wider nursery team
Follow EYFS and safeguarding procedures

We're Looking For

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare
Previous nursery or Early Years experience
A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
Someone who enjoys being creative and getting involved with the children
Good communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for Early Years education
Someone looking for a long-term, permanent opportunity
