Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker for a position in the Assessment Team within Hertfordshire Council 
 
Responsibilities include:

The role will be to support families arriving from the Ukraine and undertake safeguarding home visits and assessments
Undertaking initial safeguarding visits to families being hosted in Herts.
Undertaking Child & Family Assessments for children from the Ukraine where needed.
Offering advice and guidance. Linking with multi-agency colleagues
completing safeguarding visits 
 Experience preferred

Post qualifying experience of working within a statutory Children’s team within the UK Social Care industry. 
The team:

Well-structured organised team, growing their social worker staffing levels.
This is a role within the Social Care industry 
Minimum Requirements:

SWE Registration
1 year post qualifying experience within UK
Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
