£50,000 - £55,000 + Vehicle + Fuel Card + Private Medical Insurance + Matched Pension (Up To 9%)

York - Office Based / Local Patch (Commutable from: Leeds, Selby, Tadcaster, Harrogate, Wetherby, Malton, Pocklington, Hull)

Are you a Qualified Supervisor Electrician (Solar) looking for a predominantly office-based role (70% office, 30% local sites) where you own compliance, sign-off and quality, with a local patch and no stays away?

Do you want a position where your technical standards directly shape how work is delivered across a busy renewables installation team?

This is a secure, permanent position with an established renewables and heating installer, offering a key technical post where you'll be trusted as the NICEIC Qualified Supervisor. You'll have a stable base from the York office, clear responsibility, and the backing of a strong benefits package.

You'll be joining a business known for high standards and customer service, where quality, safety and correct certification are taken seriously. Long-term, this is a succession-planned role designed for someone who wants deeper technical responsibility and ownership (not a routine, tools-only position).

In this role you'll work from the York office for the bulk of the week, providing technical oversight, quality checks, record keeping and certification, with local site presence as required to maintain standards across installations.

This role suits a technically driven electrician who wants high-status technical responsibility and to be the recognised standard-setter for compliance and quality, while keeping a settled routine on a local patch with no stays away.

The Role:

Predominantly office-based QS role out of York, with local site visits for quality checks and compliance
Technical oversight, inspection/testing, certification and documentation kept up to date to current standards and NICEIC requirements
Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week; local patch with no stays away
 The Person:

NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 Electrotechnical qualification (or equivalent)
18th Edition + 2391 Test and Inspect + current NICEIC Qualified Supervisor status
Full UK driving licence
