The Role

We're looking for a Quality Control Engineer with experience in complex electronic assemblies to ensure product quality across incoming inspection, manufacturing, and final release.

You'll play a key role in maintaining configuration control, driving quality compliance, and supporting continuous improvement within a product development and manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

Inspect complex electronic assemblies at incoming, in‑process, and final stages
Verify correct versions, configuration control, permits, and full traceability
Monitor manufacturing quality processes and identify non‑conformances
Manage concessions, non‑conformance records, and rework activity
Inspect returns and control corrective actions
Ensure stock is correctly controlled and allocated to builds
Support ongoing improvement of quality and manufacturing processes

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment with complex electronics
Working knowledge of quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001)
Strong attention to detail with a structured, methodical approach
Ability to interpret technical documentation and quality requirements independently
Good problem‑solving skills, including root cause analysis
Proactive, flexible, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Able to work effectively both independently and within a team
