Job Description

This role sits within the Quality function, ensuring products, processes, and systems meet internal, customer, and regulatory standards. The position focuses on monitoring and improving supplier and manufacturing performance, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvement using quality tools, data analysis, and a strong Right First-Time approach.

Who This Role Would Suit
 This position would suit a detail-oriented Quality Engineer with a background in manufacturing or production. It is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working cross-functionally, and driving improvements. A proactive individual with strong analytical skills and experience in quality methodologies will thrive in this collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities: 

Ensure products comply with engineering specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements
Lead problem-solving activities including 8D, 5 Whys, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Monitor and improve supplier and internal quality performance using KPIs
Support and conduct internal, supplier, and ISO audits
Ensure customer complaints are effectively managed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiativesRequirements: 

Proven experience as a Quality Engineer
Apprentice trained OR relevant Engineering certifications
Strong knowledge of ISO standards
Strong Root Cause analysis skills - 8Ds, 5 Whys.
 Permanent + Benefits.
 Location: Keighley
 Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience).
 Full Time, Monday-Friday.
