As the Quality Manager you will be leading the consistent delivery of quality components and products. Championing quality to the site, managing the workflow of quality issues.
Your main responsibitiles:
Ensure Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal, ISO 9001, and regulatory/legal requirements.
To be the xpert on the practical application of quality processes within the product company
Lead and support the quality teams
Coordinate the investigation and resolution of customer complaints and NCR's raised.
Review internal quality and support the resolution of issues and improvement of production processes to ensure business objectives are achieved
Support and inplement continual improvement projects
Lead on the performance of the QMS
Manage the monitoring, measurement, review and auditing of internal processes
Quality team people management including PPDR, 1:1's, recruitment etc.
Continually develop and lead regular 'PQM' meetings You will need:
5 years' experience of leading/managing a quality function preferred.
Experience of building and maintaining a high performing team.
Membership of professional body Chartered Quality Institute is preferred.
Report writing and presentation skills.
Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication skills, organisational awareness and impact and influencing skills
Experience in creating Power BI reports a distinct advantage.
Able to manage complex improvement projects.
Able to interpret complex information and make decisions based upon findings.Benefirs include:
