Job Description

Lead site quality, ensuring all products meet safety, quality, and customer standards while maintaining compliance with company and industry requirements.

Quality Lead

We're looking for a Quality Lead to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, food safety, and compliance while supporting continuous improvement across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  * Lead quality, food safety, and compliance activities.

  * Support production teams to maintain quality standards.

  * Manage internal and external audits.

  * Investigate quality issues and implement improvements.

  * Support new product launches and export documentation.

  * Ensure compliance with customer, industry, and company standards.

  * Deputise for the Technical Manager when required.

Requirements:

  * Level 3 Food Safety & HACCP qualification.

  * Quality experience in manufacturing (food industry preferred).

  * Previous team leadership experience.

  * Strong communication and IT skills.

  * Scientific degree or relevant industry experience.

  * Willing to travel between local sites when required.
