Are you an experienced Quality Manager with experience of working in aerospace manufacturing? Does the thought of working for a well established, highly regarded defence manufacturer that can proudly boast about making parts for the famous Spitfire fighters before changing with the times and working with modern fighter jets?

We are currently recruiting for a Quality Manager to join an aerospace manufacturer with a reputation for excellence in Warwick. Managing a Quality Engineer in a small but extremely well run manufacturing facility you will be responsible for maintaining, and continuously improving the company's quality management system to ensure that all products meet customer , regulatory and industry requirements - including AS9100 and applicable customer specific quality clauses.

As Quality Manager you will:

- Own and maintain the AS9100 - certified QMS, including document control, procedures and work instructions

- Serve as a management representative for internal and external audits

- Lead internal audit programme and drive corrective / preventive action ( CAPA ) processes to closure.

- Participate as a key member of the Product Development and implementation team.

- Liaise with customers on all Quality related matters

- Lead quality input into New Product Development and other new projects

- Lead root cause analysis ( 8D, 5 Why, fishbone ) for internal and customer reported non conformances

- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations ( Rolls Royce, RRP, RPS and FPA systems and procedures )
