Job Description

Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Technician on a 5 Month Contract, located in Warwickshire.

Responsibilities

-Perform in-process inspections throughout manufacturing
-Verify manufacturing operations against approved processes
-Conduct build verification inspections
-Complete final product inspections
-Perform dimensional inspection using approved measuring equipment
-Carry out detailed visual inspections
-Verify manufacturing documentation and quality records
-Confirm compliance with customer and engineering requirements

-Independently approve manufacturing operations
-Reject non-conforming product
-Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
-Apply Quality Holds where required
-Remove Quality Holds following verification
- Stop production where product quality or safety is at risk
-Escalate quality concerns using established governance
-Perform containment inspections
