Job Description

QA Technician (Nights)

To assist the Quality Assurance Supervisor to maintain, verify & monitor the Food Safety, Quality Systems & Product Quality within the business, to meet internal, customer & third-party requirements. To promote a Quality Culture within the business.

Location: Coventry
 
Role and key responsibilities for QA Technician: 

To carry out verification and monitoring of the production process
Sample collection, testing and relevant corrective action for Shelf-life monitoring
Ensures high levels of GMP and GLP are achieved at all times
Works with the production team to reduce customer complaints.
Ensures traceability is achieved throughout the production process
Thoroughly investigates customer complaints.
Verifies equipment according to the Calibration Plan.
Maintains neat legible records and reports equipment out of tolerance
Minimum Requirements for QA Technician: 

Basic Health and Safety 
HACCP
Awareness of site GMO policy and requirements.
Experience in working with confidential information.
Internal Auditing experience.
Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point & Outlook.
Pay rate: £13.32 per hour 

Working hours: 
Nights 4 on 4 off
19:00  07:00
