Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Technician / Inspector to support inspection activities across manufacturing, ensuring products meet required specifications and quality standards.

This is a hands-on role working closely with production, focusing on inspection, problem-solving, and maintaining high-quality standards.

 Up to £35,000 DOE

 Mon–Thurs 8:00–17:00, Fri 8:00–12:00 (Flexi Working)

Quality Technician/Inspector

 Job Description

Carry out dimensional inspection of components and assemblies against engineering drawings and specifications.
Use measurement equipment (including CMM/OMM) to verify product conformity.
Identify and manage non-conforming material, supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues and maintain product standards.
Support quality and inspection activities, including reporting results, checking materials, and maintaining inspection equipment.

 Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Experience in mechanical inspection within a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Familiar with manual measurement tools (CMM/OMM experience beneficial).
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
