We're working with a respected and established fit-out and joinery contractor who are seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Ipswich. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-quality, fast-paced commercial projects across London, Suffolk, and Essex, with genuine room for long-term progression.

Key Responsibilities

Support Project Managers to deliver projects on time and within budget
Prepare tenders, review contracts, and produce cash flow forecasts
Manage subcontractor procurement, valuations, and project variations
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, health & safety, and quality standards
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and colleaguesAbout You

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor (fit-out or joinery experience advantageous)
Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
Strong commercial awareness with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Motivated, organised, and confident working to deadlinesThis position is ideal for a driven QS looking to advance their career within a reputable contractor delivering impressive commercial schemes.
