Your responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor
  * Support cost planning, budgeting, and financial tracking across multiple projects
  * Assist with preparing estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation
  * Carry out take-offs and measurements using CostX
  * Work with site teams to monitor progress, variations, and cost impacts
  * Contribute to valuations, interim applications, and final accounts
  * Attend site visits to gather data and support delivery on active projects
What we’re looking for in a Quantity Surveyor
  * Previous experience or exposure to estimating and take-offs
  * Understanding of commercial processes within construction or fit out
  * Strong numerical and analytical capability with attention to detail
  * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  * Familiarity with CostX, ConQuest, or similar software is advantageous
