QUANTITY SURVEYOR – JOB SPEC 📐

Job UIN: 26797

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (x2 vacancies)

Location: Rainham Office

Contract: MUK778 – Residential WO

Pay Rate: £30.00 - £33.30 per hour (PAYE) — Permanent role

Hours: 40 per week, 08:00 start

Start Date: 10/08/2026

Length of Assignment: 12 months (Perm)

Key Responsibilities:

  * Full commercial and contractual responsibility for running a number of projects (Estate works & Small components)

  * Acting as No.1 Commercial on projects

Key Skills / Requirements:

✅ MRICS

✅ Valid CSCS Card
