A family feel PQS consultancy is seeking a determined Quantity Surveyor to join their Cardiff office.
The Quantity Surveyor's role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will enjoy working as part of a small team on a diverse selection of projects across a variety of sectors including residential, heritage, healthcare and listed buildings.
The Quantity Surveyor will be involved in both pre and post contract, from conducting feasibility studies and writing up tender evaluations, to cost reports and cost forecasts.
The Quantity Surveyor
Completed a Quantity Surveyor degree or RICS associated degree.
