Job Description

Job Title: Reach Forklift Driver – Warehouse
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Pay rate: £16.20 per hour

Working Hours:

  * Monday to Friday: 10:00 – 18:30

  * 1 in 3 Saturdays: 09:00 – 17:30

  * 30-minute unpaid lunch break each shift

Role Overview:
Flexible People Ltd are seeking an experienced and certified Reach Forklift Driver (B2) to join our warehouse team. The role primarily involves operating a reach truck for stock replenishment while supporting general warehouse duties. This position requires working in a fast-paced, multi-skilled warehouse environment, including cold storage areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  * Operate Reach Forklift Truck (B2) safely and efficiently

  * Replenishment and movement of warehouse stock

  * Support general warehouse operations as required

  * Manual handling, including bending, stretching, and lifting up to 25kg

  * Work in varying temperature environments, including cold storage (-25°C)

  * Follow all site health and safety procedures

Requirements:

  * Valid Reach Forklift (B2) licence (essential)

  * Previous warehouse experience in a multi-skilled environment

  * Ability to lift up to 25kg and perform physical duties

  * Basic English language skills

  * Ability to perform simple calculations

  * Own transport recommended due to limited public transport access

  * Must be available to attend an on-site interview

  * Must be available to complete site induction (first week at 08:00)

PPE Requirements:

  * Steel toe capped safety boots

  * Hi-visibility vest

Additional Information:

  * Candidates must provide an up-to-date CV

  * Induction will take place during the first week of employment
