Your new role
As the Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and staff at the site office. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and signing in visitors
Managing meeting room bookings
Handling incoming calls and post
Providing refreshments for meetings
Scanning and organising documentsThis is a 10-12-month temporary contract with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role.Working hours are 7:30-15:30 with a 30-minute lunch break.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
Professional, friendly, and proactive approach
