Location: Leicestershire
Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 DOE + 20% Commission(paid on all immediate business)

The Opportunity

This is an excellent chance for a Recruitment Consultant to join a supportive, stable business with a genuinely warm desk and existing business . You’ll inherit long‑standing client relationships and active vacancies from day one, allowing you to focus on delivery, service, and billing quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  * Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle

  * Maintain and grow the existing warm accounts

  * Qualify roles and manage vacancies through to successful placement

  * Build and maintain long‑term client relationships

  * Attend client meetings and generate new business

  * Network to develop your market presence

Benefits

  * £30,000 – £45,000 basic salary (DOE)

  * 20% commission on all placements

Experience

  * Previous agency experience as a Recruitment Consultant is essential

  * Experience in permanent, temporary, or contract recruitment

  * Proven background in a fee‑earning recruitment consultant role

  * Excellent relationship‑building skills

  * Motivated, target‑driven, and ambitious

  * Able to commute to Leicestershire
