Job Description

We are a fast-growing and extremely successful recruitment business specialising in engineering and automotive maintenance sectors, supplying high-quality temporary, permanent and contract staff to clients across the UK.

With a strong reputation for delivery and long-term client partnerships, we are now looking to expand our team with an ambitious Recruitment Consultant.

The Role

This is a 360 Recruitment Consultant role, giving you full ownership of your desk and earnings. You’ll be responsible for:

  * Winning new business within engineering & automotive sectors

  * Managing and growing existing client relationships

  * Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates (temp, perm & contract)

  * Managing the full recruitment cycle from vacancy to placement

  * Building a strong pipeline of candidates and clients

  * Negotiating rates, terms and contracts

  * Delivering a high-quality, consultative service

What We’re Looking For

  * Previous experience in recruitment (any sector considered) or strong sales background

  * Driven, target-focused and financially motivated

  * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

  * Resilient, competitive and self-motivated

What We Offer

  * £29,000 – £35,000 basic salary (DOE)

  * Uncapped commission with realistic OTE £80,000+

  * Clear progression path to Senior Consultant / Management

  * Supportive, high-performing team environment

  * Monday to Friday working – 40 hours
