About Us

We are a growing recruitment business specialising in engineering and automotive maintenance, delivering high-quality temporary, permanent and contract solutions to clients across the UK.

With a strong client base and continued growth, we are looking to bring in an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to build and develop a successful desk.

The Role

This is a 360 recruitment role with the autonomy to run your desk and maximise your earnings.

You will:

  * Proactively win new business and develop client relationships

  * Manage and expand existing accounts

  * Source, interview and place candidates across temp, perm and contract roles

  * Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy to placement

  * Negotiate rates and terms to maximise revenue

  * Build a strong, consistent pipeline of candidates and opportunities

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of your desk and directly influence your income.

What We’re Looking For

  * Proven experience in recruitment with a consistent billing track record

  * Strong business development skills and commercial awareness

  * Confident communicator with the ability to build long-term relationships

  * Target-driven, self-motivated and results-focused

  * Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, performance-led environment

What We Offer

  * £30,000 – £40,000 basic salary (DOE)

  * Uncapped commission with realistic OTE £80,000+

  * A warm desk with existing opportunities alongside scope to grow

  * Clear progression into Management roles

  * Supportive leadership with a focus on performance and development

  * Monday to Friday - 40 hours
