Penguin Recruitment is growing, and we’re looking for people to join our team in Mumbles, Swansea. Whether you’ve worked in recruitment before or are completely new to the industry, we’d like to hear from you.

What the job involves:

  * Speaking with candidates about their careers and helping them find new opportunities

  * Building relationships with companies looking to hire

  * Writing adverts, sourcing candidates and arranging interviews

  * Managing the recruitment process from start to finish

  * Negotiating offers and helping people secure new jobs

  * Growing your own client base and earning commission from your success

We’d like to hear from people who:

  * Enjoy talking to people and building relationships

  * Are ambitious and want to increase their earnings over time

  * Can stay positive when things don’t always go to plan

  * Like working towards targets and seeing results

  * Have recruitment experience (helpful but not essential)
