£32k- £37k | No threshold for your first six months | Flexible working hours

The Role
As an Industrial Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of an existing temporary desk specialising in Industrial recruitment. 
You'll:

Manage and develop an existing Industrial desk
Build relationships with existing clients and win new business
Recruit temporary Industrial and Hospitality staff.
Source, interview and place quality candidates
Fill bookings quickly while delivering a high level of service
Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
Play an important part in the continued growth of the branch

About You
To succeed as an Industrial Recruitment Consultant, you'll already have agency recruitment experience and enjoy developing business as much as delivering great service. 
You'll ideally have:

Previous recruitment agency experience
A background in Industrial recruitment
A proactive approach to business development
Strong relationship-building skills
The ability to manage a busy temporary desk
A positive attitude and the drive to grow your desk
