Commercial Recruitment Consultant – Permanent Placements

As a Perms Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of the action:

  * Identify and develop exciting new business opportunities within permanent placements

  * Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients.

  * Source, interview and qualify candidates for commercial vacancies.

  * Write engaging job adverts that get people talking.

  * Match talented candidates with opportunities where they can thrive.

  * Manage the interview, feedback and offer process.

  * Get out and about for client meetings and site visits.

  * Deliver a first-class experience to clients and candidates.

  * Smash individual and team performance targets.
